2.5 years ago, we packed up and moved across the country with no idea where the journey would take us. Six months later, an idea started brewing, and in March 2024, Southern Heights BBQ became official.

In April 2026, my father left a company he’d dedicated 15 years to and took the leap into BBQ full-time. Now, after being blessed with an incredible opportunity and some amazing people at Ditch Witch of the Rockies, it’s my turn.

With a whole lot of prayer, faith, hard work, and the unbelievable support from all of YOU, I’m officially hanging up the 9–5 and going BBQ 25/8! 🔥

We had a five-year goal of making this our full-time life and God had bigger plans. We accomplished it before our two-year anniversary.

The future is bright, the smoke is rolling, and we’re just getting started.

Thank you for believing in us and helping turn a dream into reality.
