For those of you that don’t know, we had a big day this past weekend! But between all the fun and planning the sale calves still got their attention. Pictures are completed and the sale will be posted soon.

The barn will be open Friday, September 4th until sale day. However, with the heatwave coming through we do ask that you be mindful of the livestock. We are hoping that the end of the weekend things will straighten up a bit. We recommend coming first thing in morning or later in the evening. If this doesn’t work please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you to view the calves. We look forward to seeing you!

♦️ A Full Circle Moment for Us ♦️

“Kyra,” one of our favorite show heifers and now one of our donor cows, won the Central Iowa Showdown back in 2023. We couldn’t wait to get her first calves on the ground and eventually into the show ring.

Just three short years later, Kyra sent two flushmates back to the Central Iowa Showdown, with one earning Champion Market Animal.

The best part? Kyra is just getting started. She has plenty of productive years ahead of her, and we’re excited to continue offering high-quality progeny from her for years to come.

What a Sunday! Huge shoutout to the Crosman family on a job well done, and many thanks to everyone who helped get “Steady Teddy” to this point! Onto All-Iowa!

Congratulations Jordyn Crosman!
