❗️❗️❗️Seeking Sponsors❗️❗️❗️
It is officially fair prep season and I am looking for sponsors to help raise money for my Market Swine project.
My name is Rylie Herron, and I am a 15-year-old student at Highland High School and an active member of our FFA program.
This year will be my second year showing market swine at the fair. Through raising and showing my pigs, I have developed a greater understanding of animal care, responsibility, nutrition, time management, and the dedication required to successfully raise livestock.
In addition to my market swine project, I also have a breeding program for Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats. I raise, care for, and show my goats at the fair as well. My goat breeding program has allowed me to learn more about animal husbandry, breeding, genetics, nutrition, and responsible livestock management.
I am seeking sponsors to help with the costs of raising and showing my animals, including feed, veterinary care, supplies, transportation, and other project expenses. Funds earned through my projects will also help me save toward college and my future education.
My long-term goal is to attend veterinary school and become a veterinarian. After completing my education, I hope to return to Kern County to serve and support the community that helped me get started. I would also like to give back to the local agricultural community by helping future FFA members and young livestock exhibitors.
Every contribution, regardless of size, would help me continue developing my livestock projects, gaining valuable experience, and working toward my future career. I have attached my buyer's letter which also has a QR code link for donations (tax deductible) or can accept checks, venmo, and zelle. My auction lot # is 5220. Besides monetary donations, liking and sharing this post helps me as well.
I would love the opportunity to come by and talk or even have a phone conversation about my project for anyone that is interested. Your support would mean a great deal to me and would help invest not only in my future, but also in my goal of eventually giving back to the Kern County community and the next generation of FFA students. You can reach out to schedule a time at any of the contact information listed below and I look forward to hearing from you.
