It's been a crazy whirlwind of activity around the farm with State Fair, back-to-school, Fall Sports beginning and many other exciting things, but we wanted to update on a few highlights from the Illinois State Fair open Holstein Show.

โค๐Ÿฅ‡Elm-Nor-Way Eye Candy Addy (1st Fall Calf) was Land of Lincoln Supreme Champion Heifer for both the Open and the Junior Show.

โค๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‡Elm-Nor-Way Tango Reign-Red was the 1st place Winner in the Summer 2 Year Old Cow Class. Pictured Below.

It was a great State Fair. Nyelle and Kyan also enjoyed working hours in the Prairie Farms Dairy Stand selling milk and ice cream.

What could be better than missing the first day of school to show in the Illinois State Fair? Great day with Elm-Nor-Way Eye Candy Addy getting 1st place in the Fall Calf class as well as Jr. Champion Land of Lincoln and Reserve Junior Champion. Big thank you to Kevin and Emily Hartmann for all their help and work in getting our animals ready! Looking forward to the open show on Friday.
