I’m often asked what do You do with microgreens ?
This is a Turkey , cheese , broccoli microgreens, onions, tomatoes on whole wheat. ❤️
I add them to everything in place of lettuce. They are more flavorful and 40 % more nutritious than the adult vegetable. This is broccoli microgreens and has a mild taste. But I love them on everything.
Did you know that 1 ounce of microgreens equals 2.5 pounds of grown vegetables nutrition wise ?
So amazing!
