Ok… seeing The Fresh Grinds Coffee Company up on the big board at Jackson Field for the Lansing Lugnuts game is pretty damn cool. ☕⚾

We may not have made the starting lineup, but we DID make the scoreboard. 😂

Just another one of those little moments that makes building this thing from the ground up feel pretty awesome.

Hold your drinks…. Changes are a-brewing!

The Fresh Grinds is moving forward as our coffee vendor every Wednesday until the end of August. Then, Peculiar Coffee Co. will be back as a regular vendor come September 2!

This is a win-win situation for both vendors and we are so happy our community can experience the uniqueness that both businesses have to offer! Cheers to the change, while the caffeine in every cup, stays the same! ☕️

The Fresh Grinds is back at the Allen Farmers Market for ONE day only this Wednesday, July 8, while Peculiar Coffee takes this Market off..... Fresh Grinds was a regularly scheduled vendor in the 2023 - 2024 Fall/Winter Season, offering hot brewed coffee, iced coffee, and bags of locally roasted, fresh coffee beans.

The Fresh Grinds is owned and operated by Trever, who previously worked as a barista while he was in college and then in IT. He’s a coffee fan first and foremost, and you can taste it in his wide range of roasts. He roasts right out of the commercial kitchens at ANC and learned about the farmers market because of that.

Trever chooses the farms he sources from, and the beans are all fair trade and grown in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Brazil. “My mission is simple: to bring you the highest quality, ethically sourced coffee beans, roasted to perfection," Trever says. "From light to dark roast, we have a blend to suit every palate.” His favorite product to sell is his midnight mocha because he especially likes its darker roast. He hopes more people will try his cherry cheesecake roast because, although you might think it's sweet, the flavoring is subtle and it “doesn’t punch you in the face.”

The Fresh Grinds can also be found in select Mid-Michigan Meijer stores and at Midwest Ace Hardware, making it easier than ever to enjoy locally roasted coffee.

The Fresh Grinds Market Tour is about to get a little ridiculous. ☕🚗💨

We’ve got THREE farmers markets coming up in FIVE days, which means I’ll either be highly caffeinated, slightly confused, or both.

Here’s where you can find us:

📍 Saturday - Meridian Township Farmers Market
8 AM–2 PM

📍 Tuesday - DeWitt Farmers Market
3 PM–7 PM

📍 Wednesday - Allen Neighborhood Center Market
ONE DAY ONLY!
3 PM–6:30 PM
