Responsible for the following:
-Take orders, ability to prepare all the drinks, recipe specific, and to customer specifications
-Kitchen duties: Brew tea, cook tapioca, preparation, cleaning
-Oversee product quality ensuring team members are following operational procedures
-Ability to direct, train, re-train staff members as needed
-Anticipate store needs on daily basis e.g. restocking, checking expiration dates, etc.
-Ability to properly handle customer inquiries/complaints in a professional manner
-Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, ability to work as a team
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
-Possess excellent communication and people skills
-Able to stand for 5+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
-Leads by Example / Strong work ethic
-Must live in close proximity to store; have reliable transportation; ability to work flexible hours
-Education: High School or Equivalent – job is great for college students
-Long term availability is preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 per hour + tips, paid on-site training, employee discount
