A couple years ago I reached out to Stitch Cafe hoping to build something together. At the time, I didn't hear back — but eventually, when they began thinking through adding something special and unexpected to their menu, my name came up through a mutual connection. We talked about their food, what they loved, what they were building. I went home and started developing a sauce around their breakfast menu.
It took multiple batches, a failed production run, and more patience than I expected. Then we waited for the final pieces to come together for the menu launch. The sauce sat quietly, first at the bar, then on shelves, before finally getting to support the updated menu. Now, it's fully available to add a little something special to their incredible food.
