IMPORTANT PSA:

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We are thrilled to see the tremendous interest in our son's egg business and thank you for your support. Our first day was a huge success, with all 10 dozen eggs selling out quickly!

As you may know, we have a limited supply of eggs each week, and we have received a TON of requests for eggs for next week. We get roughly 10 dozen eggs per week and had almost 50 dozen requested for next week 😂😂.

While we love the interest and support for Oakley new business, our goal from the start was and will be to teach our son(s) about finances, tithing, and work ethic. Although the economist in me says to 1) raise the prices, 2) create a waitlist, and 3) increase production…. That kind of defeats the purpose here. We want to keep this business as simple and wholesome as possible, just like a lemonade stand.

In order to do this, we will not be taking any reservations or creating a waitlist at this time. Instead, we will have a limited supply available each Saturday on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask that you limit your purchase to two dozen eggs per family to ensure that everyone has a chance to get eggs. We’ve made a few commitments to people before this post was made and will still hold to those!

We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter. Please know that we are doing our best to balance the needs of our customers with our commitment to our original business plan.

Come by and see me on Saturday mornings (weather permitting) or message me for a pickup time/delivery. Egg stand opens at 10:00AM and closes at 11:00AM every Saturday, so don't miss your window!

Here's our most popular dozen assortment: The "Ombre" Dozen. It's also the only dozen that we've ever offered. 😄. We should have 10 dozen available in time for this weekend.
