We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team in a supportive, relaxed, and low-drama environment.
This is a daytime-only role with some rotating weekends—no nights, no late hours, no restaurant chaos. If you have solid kitchen experience, a great attitude, and enjoy working in a calm and purpose-driven space, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Day Shifts Only • Some Rotating Weekends • No Nights
Compensation: Based on Experience • Top Pay for Strong Background in Kitchen or Management
What We’re Looking For
Kitchen Experience Required
You should be comfortable in a kitchen setting—chopping, sautéing, oven work, portioning, etc. Previous meal prep or catering experience is a bonus.
Leadership Qualities
Management experience is not required but will be considered for top pay. We’re looking for team players who lead with kindness and clarity.
Reliable & Organized
You show up on time, keep your station clean, and work at a steady pace without stress.
Positive Energy
You thrive in a chill, supportive, and non-toxic environment, and you contribute to keeping it that way.
Daytime Availability
Must be available during the day (approx. 8 hour shifts) and willing to work rotating weekends.
