I’m offering a smaller version of my cheesecakes this holiday season for your family and friends to enjoy. These are in a 9” graham crust pie tin with homemade blueberry or strawberry compote. The Basque-style is a 9” crustless cheesecake and will come in a pretty box. I’m also offering a Filipino favorite, egg pie!
