What in the world would make you think I’m not capable of doing my job just because somebody thinks I’m, “fine”? 👩🏽🚒🙏🏽
We’re not on this earth forever, and I’m not going to be in this body forever. I’m simply doing what I can with what I’ve got, while I’ve got the chance to make a difference.
When that emergency text comes through, I step away from my family, my farm, my animals, my plans, and everything else I may have going on to help somebody who needs us. And it’s not always a fire. Most of the time, it’s actually a medical call. Lately, we’ve definitely been on a burn run, but regardless of the call, somebody needs help.
So before your first thought about somebody is negative, especially somebody you don’t even know, try kindness first. You never know what someone is sacrificing, carrying, or putting aside just to show up for somebody else.
Some of us are answering calls we don’t have to answer simply because we care about the next person. ❤️🔥
Be nicer. Give people grace. We’re all just doing the best we can with the time we’ve been given. 🙏🏽👩🏽🚒
