We weren't just lounging on the beach last month while we were away. We were product testing and updating all our labeling.

Now we are ready to launch our newest seasoning "Black Coffee"! Real dark roast coffee adds deep, roasted richness to a savory blend of spices, while coconut charcoal intensifies the rub’s signature dark bark—creating a bold, complex crust packed with flavor when it hits the heat.

Made for beef, killer on pork, and excellent on fish!

Wanna try some? We'll be at the Wheeler District Farmers Market tonight from 6-9pm, at the Scissortail Park Farm Market on Saturday from 9am-1pm, and at CBE's Heard On Hurd on Saturday night from 6-9pm.

Turned the brunch heat all the way up for Mama’s Day. 🔥🥭🌶️

Built this flavor stack from the ground up:
🥖 Toasted Rosemary Garlic sourdough focaccia from (highly recommended!)
🥓 Sweet-savory red onion bacon jam
🧀 Fresh mozzarella melted under the broiler
🍳 Over-easy eggs
🔥 Finished with Mango Scorpion hot sauce — fruity and more than enough heat to keep things interesting...my personal spicy go-to.

Saturday will be beautiful! Come downtown between 9am-4pm for the OKC Flower & Garden Festival. Flowers, local vendors, food trucks... it will be a great time!
