FryDay Concessions specializes in high volume food and beverage services. Events with over a million festival goers? Our favorite! We believe in the fun, inventive aspect of fried foods and we're always trying to break the mold with inventive twists. In addition to our out of the box creations, we offer a wide variety of fair-style food from fried cajun chicken on a stick to funnel cake, gyros to steak and cheese sandwiches, ribbon fries to dirty nachos.
