Been battling a yucky virus since last week🦠

So When your family friend aka auntie says “you want food?” You always say yes hehe
I was dropped off a bag full of food and goodies couple days back and I’m so thankful 🙏🏽

So today I decided to make myself something with the grilled paneer. So
I warmed it up, added it to an Egyptian sourdough pita, cucumber, Greek yogurt, chaat masala, arugula, peas micro greens and some hot sauce 😋

And yes I’m feeling better today thank god 🙏🏽
Stay safe out there, there is something real icky going on 😫

I love creating new kind of sandwiches with different flavors and herbs!

For dinner last night I made 👇🏽
Pumpernickel parsley turkey sammich

-2 slices of pumpernickel bread. Got mine fresh from
- homemade mayo on on slice of bread
- avocado on the other slice if bread
- red onions
- spinach
- oven roasted sliced deli turkey
- Swiss cheese
- fresh parsley
- radish and kale MGs
- drizzle of olive oil
- smear some sriracha

This bread is so delish and not too sweet. Great with a tiny slab of butter 🧈

Had a fried egg with sea salt and paprika. 🍳

Immunity juice I made w/ pineapple, oranges, lemon, ginger, Curcumin, black pepper 😋

Felt so refreshed and energized this AM even though it’s a cloudy day haha. 🤣

GRILLED ALOO MASALA SAMMICH 🥪 🥔 🌱

This one is a sloppy one, so get your napkins ready. 😜
This is vegetarian friendly!

THE GOODS: 👇🏽
Trader Joe’s Masala patties 🥔
Coconut oil 🥥
1/2 of small onion sliced 🧅
Chaat masala
Salt 🧂
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder 🧄
Lemon juice 🍋
One large sourdough bread slice cut in half 🍞
Avocado 🥑
Roma tomato 🍅
Kale micro greens 🍃
Greek pepperoncini
Extra sharp cheddar
Garlic ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS: 👇🏽

Sauté onions in a pan with coconut oil.
Place patty on same pan and cook medium 3-4 min each side.
Add all the spices and sprinkle of lemon juice from the GOODS list above and flip over.
One of the patty’s decided to break on me 😂 FAIL!
Meanwhile toast your sourdough with the cheese.
After toasted, cut the bread in half and assemble your sammich.

ENJOY!
Get some extra napkins cause this one is a messy one.

TURMERIC DILL EGG SALAD 🥚 🥗

It’s kinda a big dill…ok I’m done. 😭

THE GOODS 👇🏽
2 boiled eggs 🥚
Fresh dill 🌱
Turmeric
Sea salt 🧂
Black pepper
Pickled pepperoncini juice
Red onion diced
Avocado oil
Garlic powder
Lemon juice
Honey mustard

DIRECTIONS: below
Mix everything in a bowl with a fork to desired consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
