• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

The Ultimate Soft & Fluffy Amish White Bread! šŸžāœØ

This classic homemade Amish White Bread is unbelievably soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet with a beautiful golden crust. Made with simple pantry ingredients, it’s perfect for sandwiches, toast, or enjoying warm with butter. Once you try it, you’ll never want store-bought bread again!

Ingredients

3 cups Warm water (about 110°F / 45°C)
2/3 cup Granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Active dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
6 cups Bread flour (or all-purpose flour)

Instructions

Activate the Yeast:
In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water. Stir in yeast and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Make the Dough:
Add salt, vegetable oil, and about half of the flour. Mix well, then gradually add the remaining flour until a soft dough forms.

Knead:
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise:
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Shape the Loaves:
Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Shape into loaves and place in greased bread pans.

Second Rise:
Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes, until the dough rises above the edges of the pans.

Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool & Serve:
Remove from pans and let cool on a rack before slicing. Enjoy warm with butter or jam!
