Kremee Update: We’re Open! 🍦

First, thank you all for the incredible support, messages, and understanding over the past few days.

After working with our landlord and contractors, we are happy to share that Kremee is OPEN and ready to serve you again.

While the wall and ceiling damage from the recent accident still need permanent repairs, the affected area has been safely secured and isolated. We have taken the necessary precautions to ensure it is safe for both our customers and team members to operate.

As repairs continue, we will be operating with limited capacity, and you may notice some temporary coverings and construction barriers inside the shop. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to restore everything to normal.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this unexpected situation. We can’t wait to welcome you back for your favorite soft serve and taiyaki!

Important Update from Kremee

We want to share an update regarding an incident that occurred today.

First and most importantly, we are incredibly grateful that no customers, employees, or bystanders were injured. The safety and well-being of our community will always be our top priority, and we are thankful that everyone is safe.

Earlier today, a vehicle crashed into the neighboring Subway restaurant. The impact also caused significant damage to Kremee, breaking open one of our walls and damaging parts of our ceiling structure.

Out of an abundance of caution, we will be temporarily closed while the building is inspected and the necessary repairs are made. We are working closely with the property owner, contractors, and insurance representatives to assess the damage and determine when it will be safe to reopen.

We know this may be disappointing, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this unexpected situation. The encouragement we have received from our customers means a great deal to our team.

We will continue to provide updates as we learn more and have a better timeline for reopening.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you again soon.

P.S. Apparently someone was really craving Kremee today. We appreciate the enthusiasm for our soft serve, but we still recommend using the front door. 🍦😅
