Our Primal beef blend of 80% ground beef and 20% heart and liver is a nutrient dense staple to add to any recipe which calls for ground beef. The benefits of eating organ meats can not be overstated. The ground beef with heart and liver blend is indistinguishable enough to replace most recipes that call for ground beef or pork with this blend. Combine with the plain ground beef for burgers, or with sausage for meatballs, meatloaf or stir fry with this blend.
