Homemade Guac Vs. Store Bought Guac:
I am obsessed with guacamole but have learned over the years that not all guac is made equal. 💔
I am definitely a homemade guac girly & after making it yourself, I’m sure you’d prefer homemade too. 🙌🏽
Ingredients:
• Avocados
• Onions [Preferably Red]
• Tomatoes [I use Roma for everything]
• Cilantro
• Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
• Lemon Juice
Recipe:
1. Cut your avocados in half & place half of them in a bowl & mash them down.
2. Add in your diced tomatoes, onions, & cilantro.
3. Add your seasonings & half a lemon or more depending on how many avocados you’re using. I take advantage of this opportunity & taste test as much as I need to. 😉
4. Dice your second halves of your avocados. Add the second halves of your diced avocados & mix them in opposed to mashing them in.
5. Enjoy! 🥑

Airfryer chicken thighs are a GO-TO for dinners in our home. They’re quick, easy, & sooooooo flavorful. I did cheat tonight & used my leftover potatoes & green beans as my sides but you can pair these chicken thighs with any sides of your liking. 🫶🏽
Ingredients:
• Bone In + Skin Chicken Thighs [6]
• 1st Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Onion&Garlic Powder, Weber Kickin’ Chicken
• 2nd Seasonings: Orange Pepper + Paprika [Optional]
• Baker’s Potatoes
• Potato Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Onion&Garlic Powder, + Paprika
• Green Beans
1. Pat your chicken dry, apply some oil & coat each side with your 1st seasonings.
2. Place them in your airfryer with the skin down & allow them to cook at 380° for 12-15 minutes.
3. After 12-15 minutes, flip to skin up & top them with paprika & orange pepper. Allow them to continue cooking at 380° for the last 10-12 minutes. Internal temp should hit 165° once done.
4. Bake your seasoned sliced potatoes at 400° for 40 minutes. This time, I topped the cheese once they were done cooking & I pulled them out. Once cheese melts, top with sour cream & parsley flakes or chives.
5. Heat up your green beans & season to your liking.

Y’all. When you’ve had pork chops that actually are seasoned & cooked properly, your life will be changed. When we first purchased pork chops a while back I was intimidated & reluctant to try them…but once I made them & realized I had missing out, these became a STAPLE meat in our home & I make them 1-2 times a week because it’s so EASY & BUDGET friendly. 😍🫶🏽
Ingredients:
• Pork Chops [6]
• Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika
• Baker’s Potatoes [2]
• Green Beans
1. Pat your pork chops dry. Season both sides of your pork chops with listed seasonings. I recommend 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of each.
2. Heat oil in your pan & once hot, add in your pork chops allowing them to sear on each side for 2-3 minutes.
3. Once your temp is 130-135° remove them from the heat & allow them to continue cooking to 145°.
4. Season your sliced potatoes with the seasonings listed & allow them to bake for 40 minutes total at 400°. At 30 minutes, remove & top them with cheese + parsley flakes.
5. Once potatoes are done, top them with sour cream & more parsley flakes or chives.
6. Season & Heat some green beans & plate on the side.

Have a nacho craving? Let me introduce you to these FLAVORFUL loaded nachos that are also budget friendly! We’re using our affordable & favorite Ricos Products Co., Inc. for our chips, cheese, & jalapeños. For our protein, we’re using diced pork. Who would’ve thought to use diced pork for nachos?! You won’t find this idea anywhere else but here!😍🙌🏽 [Trust me, I looked]
Ingredients:
• Ricos Products Co., Inc. Chips
• Ricos Products Co., Inc. Condensed Cheese [Gourmet Nacho For More Spice]
• Ricos Products Co., Inc. Pickled Jalapeños
• Diced Pork
• Taco Seasoning
• Guacamole: I made with avocado, tomato, onion, lemon juice, jalapeño juice, salt & pepper.
1. Marinate your pork in taco seasoning. Add oil to your pan & allow to heat up before adding in your pork.
2. While your pork is cooking, heat up your cheese in a pot & add 1/2 - 1 C of water depending on how runny you like your cheese. I also added 1 Tbs of jalapeño juice. Mix until smooth.
3. Chop your avocado, tomato, onion, & a lemon. Place half of your avocado in a bowl & mash completely. Add your diced tomatoes, onions,half the juice of a lemon, and 1 Tsp of Jalapeño Juice & mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste & mix well. Last, add your second half of DICED avocado. Mix but don’t mash completely to preserve some chunkiness.
4. Assemble your nachos: I layer chips, cheese, and pork before adding a second layer of chips, cheese, and pork topped with guacamole, onions, and jalapeños. Be generous because the recipient will eat it ALL. 😍

DO NOT judge these burgers by their appearance!!! 😍 These hit the spot on a night we were wanting some burgers & I highly recommend you take on the challenge of creating your own from scratch at least once in your life! 😍
Ingredients:
* 2 Pounds Ground Beef [8 Medium Patties]
* 1/2 Tsp Salt
* 1/2 Tsp Pepper
* 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
Recipe:
1. Combine beef & seasonings in a bowl & combine by hand to avoid overmixing.
2. Divide beef into 8 equal pieces & shape in to balls.
3. Heat up your pan during prep — no need to add oil, your beef should have enough fat.
4. Press each ball into a round patty about 1/2-1 inch thick.
5. Create an indent in the center of each patty with your thumb to allow patty to flatten during cooking — this prevents a curved patty.
6. Once patties are prepped, add them to your hot pan & flip once the first side is charred or seared to your liking.
7. Flip to other side & allow it to cook to your liking. For well done burgers, internal temp should reach 160°.
8. Remove patties once cooked & top with cheese — if you’d like — & then cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.
9. Assemble your burgers & enjoy. 🫶🏽

Let’s be real. These aren’t giving “hamburger buns” but they were decent enough to work for homemade burgers. Keep watching for how I’d adjust the recipe next time.
Ingredients:
* 2 Tbs Active Yeast
* 1 C Warm Water
* 1/3 C Oil
* 1/4 C Sugar
* 1 Egg
* 1 Tsp Salt
* 4-4.5 C Flour
Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yeast, oil, and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add beaten egg, salt, and 4 cups of flour and mix together combine. If the dough is too runny, add the rest of the flour, 1/4 cup at a time.
3. Knead dough for 5 minutes or until you get a smooth, elastic dough.
4. Divide dough into equal sizes & form into balls.
5. Place on baking sheet, cover, and let rest for 10-20 minutes.
6. I buttered the top of the rolls, but may want to try an egg wash next time. Bake at 425° for 8-12 minutes. I baked for 8 minutes, topped with cheese, and baked for another 2 minutes.
