Today was a fantastic day. We shut down a little early so we can get everything ready for the Guthrie Flea Market tomorrow, and as I was packing up, I found myself reflecting on this journey.

Owning my own business has been one of the coolest experiences of my life. I’ve loved cooking for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen, and I’ve been incredibly blessed to have talented cooks and chefs in my family who encouraged me, taught me, and helped shape my love for food.

There is truly nothing like watching someone take that first bite of something you’ve made and seeing their face light up. That excitement is contagious, and it’s one of the reasons I love what I do so much.

But as much as I love the cooking, one of my favorite parts of this journey has been the people.

Since starting Thunder Dog Street Eats in May, I’ve met some of the kindest, most genuine, free-spirited, and supportive people. What started as a little hot dog cart has already brought so many wonderful friendships and connections into my life, and for that I am incredibly grateful.

Can’t wait to see everyone at the Guthrie Flea Market tomorrow. 💙🧡💙

We need to talk about the ol' glizzy. When you’re at the grill, are you team Simple (just a sad, lonely sq**rt of ketchup) or team Fancy (so many toppings you need a fork and a prayer)?

My go-to is the "Fancy Homesteader" aka the thunder dog aka the chilli cheese dog 🧅 🐕 🤠

🐾 Introducing Thunder Dog Street Eats’ Dog of the Week!

We met our very first contender yesterday, and he set the bar pretty high.

When your dog is too big for the front seat, the whole back seat becomes his throne. 👑

This handsome Great Dane rolled into Thunder Dog Street Eats today in a lifted F-250 looking like the CEO of the parking lot. We’re still trying to decide which is bigger the truck or the dog! 😂💛

Starting this week, we’ll be featuring a Thunder Dog of the Week, showcasing all the amazing pups that stop by our stand. If your furry friend visits us, they might just earn the title next week!

🌭📍 Thunder Dog Street Eats is on the move this weekend!

Join us tomorrow, Friday, June 12th, at The Landing Zone from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, serving up our gourmet all-beef hot dogs and delicious bratwursts.

Then on Saturday night, we’ll be at the Nicoma Park Farmers Market!

Come say hi, support local, and treat yourself to a delicious hot dog or bratwurst loaded with your favorite toppings. We can’t wait to see everyone this weekend!
