After the storms we found this little cutie right where she belonged, next to her momma, Millie. Yes, that is correct...at least until further examination, after 7 out of 7 calves being bulls we have a little heifer. That makes 8 calves this spring and 1 more to go.

We want to welcome our 7th little bull calf to Skye Wolf Ranch. This big boy arrived Friday night/Saturday morning to Mary Jane. 7 bulls in 7 calves so far...guess we need to find a different feed or water or something for Thunder since he seems to only want to throw males this spring.

Here is calf number 6 for the spring and guess what...it's a bull. 6 calves and all bulls. Thunder is one proud father.

This morning we added this little cutie to the herd. Lavender has been doing a beautiful job taking care of her little boy. Yes, if you are keeping count, this is our 5th of 9 calves for the season and Thunder is still batting 1000 with 5 out of 5 being little bulls. Name of this one is pending.

What do you do when you have pregnant cows, goats and dogs? Rest and get to sleep at a decent time is not it. We were just settling in when we noticed strange movement on the cameras so off to the ranch we grand these two new additions were waiting for us. Oreo delivered Biscotti, the brown and white one, and Cannoli, the black and white one. 4 new baby goats in 24 hours. We are so blessed. Come play with the babies.

So the excitement continues. Late Sunday night we noticed on the cameras that Diddums was in labor so off Kerry and I went. On the way we saw the little b/w boy be born and scoot his way into the world as we were driving into the ranch. About 25 minutes later the Grey little girl was born. Who needs sleep, right? Momma Diddums did a great job and is caring for her babies like a pro.

We still have only 3 babies during our Sunday afternoon check. 🤍
Jazzy (with the white patch on his head) had the zoomies and went exploring. Joseph (the other black calf) stayed real close to mom most of the time. Baby K (brown calf) was so relaxed and enjoyed all the attention.

Good morning. The Skye Wolf Ranch welcomed it's newest resident about 8am this morning. ROBERT'S KELSEY delivered this beautiful little boy. We have 6 more to go. Are we gonna go 100% bull calves this year. Guess we will have to wait and see...so far 3 out of 3 born are.
