Harvesting some awesome Chesnook Red garlic at the moment! If you're a self proclaimed garlic lover you'll want to give this intense one a try. 😋 It's not cured yet but still definitely delicious. Buy some now and buy some later! Or if you you're interested in curing your own it's pretty simple. Just need to hang it in a dark, dry area with a bit of a breeze or a fan.

I've harvested some garlic scapes this morning! Kids and I will be bundling these up in $5 a piece bundles. Available today from my mini porch fridge starting at 11AM. These are super fragrant and very yummy just thrown on the grill. You can also turn them into an awesome garlicky pesto, or mix into your stir fry. These ones are also mostly harvested from my "Chesnook Red" and "Russian Red" varieties and the scapes are bigger and a bit more intense garlic flavor than the ones I get from the "Music" variety. It's the most wonderful time of the year! Beginning to quickly see new growth in the garden. Our little garden here is brand new and not huge yet, but we hope with enough people interested in a little farm stand in Olalla, and with enough support from the community we can continue to grow. Your support is much appreciated!
