✨ 12 amazing ladies, all teachers, came together for a private team cooking class—and we had the BEST time! 🇮🇹❤️

We started with handmade focaccia and Italian cheeses, then got our hands in the dough and learned how to make a delicious onion, basil & tomato sauce from scratch. 🍅🌿

We learned how to make fresh pasta! We made tagliatelle and spaghetti using the traditional hand-crank pasta machine, and then shaped mafaldine completely by hand. 🍝🇮🇹

And of course, we had to taste some ravioli! We enjoyed two of our handmade varieties: 🍄 Mushroom Ravioli & 🌿 Spinach Ravioli.

Thank you so much for choosing Italian Food Emporium for your team cooking experience! It was such a pleasure cooking, laughing, learning, and sharing a little taste of Italy with all of you. ❤️

Weekend Dry Pasta Production Help Wanted 🍝

Here we are again! We’re looking for a fast learner, self-motivated, organized, and—most importantly—reliable person to join us for weekend pasta production.

The job is about 3 hours on Friday , Saturday & Sunday, and includes:

* Packaging dry pasta
* Making a new batch of dry pasta
* Following all health & safety requirements
* Cleaning and sanitizing properly
* Keeping everything organized and ready for the next day

FAST is a must! ⚡️
But fast doesn’t mean careless—we need someone who can work quickly while still doing everything correctly and doing it well.

Location; Montrose

Available shifts:
8:00–11:30
9:00–12:30
10:00–1:30

If you’re a quick learner, work independently, and are reliable

💰 Starting pay: $16/hour
After 2 months, pay can increase to $20/hour if you consistently show up, work hard, and prove that I can rely on you.
There is also the possibility of getting additional hours during the week if you are looking to work more.
