On this day 2009 we started building a dream to bring the perfect salsa to you and yours!
It is with a heavy heart to officially announce the closing of Cush’s Homegrown. The pandemic has claimed another business between the increased raw material costs and my own continued physical difficulties from Long Covid the hope of a comeback has proven unattainable. While I still own the recipes and manufacturing schedules there may be an outside chance that a large enough company may pick up the mantel! If this was to happen I will be working diligently to inform all of you that the greatest salsa in the world is again available! What a ride, from beginning named one of the best shelf stable salsas in America by the national critic “The supermarket Guru “ or to be featured on ABC World News Made in America with David Muir. If that wasn’t enough to be asked to bring our salsa by a certain host on Extreme Home Makeover each time I volunteered.
I am so grateful to my family and manufacturing partners to keep a perfect FIVE STAR rating throughout our entire run.

URGENT!!!
I posted this on Cush’s Homegrown’s 14 years of devotion to bring you the world’s greatest salsa. Now I am going to be selfish and ask all of you to help keep us alive. Go into Market Basket and Big Y and demand they keep us on their shelves. If you can’t get there in person call the store and speak to the manager. If you don’t have one of those stores by you speak to your store manager and demand the same. This is a call to action! When these stores want the product for their customers they will help us find a distributor that they use!!!

14 years ago on this date we established Cush’s Homegrown LLC. Bringing all of you the greatest salsa ever put in a bottle. Despite a unscrupulous distributor we are pushing forward to find a new partner to bring you the Worlds Greatest Salsa Cush’s Homegrown. Thank You to all who have supported us!
