From humble beginnings, to hopefully one day great heights, the Bokum Brewing Company strives to brew greatest quality Ales, Lagers, Porters, Stouts and Meads. With every brew we try to use innovative and seldom used ingredients to creative a unique taste that's available on tap right in your kitchen. The battle Axe IPA started us off strong, I can't wait to see where the year takes us.

Bokum Brewing Company Update: On-Deck in the Bokum Brewery are three beers, one of which is to celebrate a State Championship victory for the Old Saybrook wrestling team, which I was blessed to become a part of this year. The beer will be an ESB, and appropriately be named victory. The second will be a strong Brown Ale that is going to take advantage of a tub full of Oak chips that have been soaking in Bourbon for the past year. The third, is going to be in memorium of my Father, who suddenly passed away this year. I'm undecided on what the style will be, but I know it has to be more then special to properly honor him. I'm leaning toward something dark, most likely a coffee porter.
