After so much rain, the weather forecast for the next week looks pretty darn good! It’s a great time to get the garden or flower bed ready to plant with our composted and aged spent mushroom soil. Remember to plant your cold sensitive plants after Mother’s Day to avoid any damaging spring frost. But while you are waiting and longing to garden, it’s a great time to prepare your garden beds.

Weather depending strawberries are right around the corner! I’m still looking to add some more strawberry pickers to our fun loving crew. If we get warm sunny days we should start harvesting sometime the week of May 20th and hopefully harvest approximately 4-5 weeks. We will harvest daily and in the morning.
