At Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Olive Branch, Mississippi our goal has always been to serve fresh, high-quality food and smoothies that you can count on and enjoy. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
Recently, we’ve seen a significant increase in requests for refunds and replacements on orders from days—or even weeks—after they were purchased, as well as claims involving third-party delivery orders that cannot be verified. To ensure we’re able to take care of our guests while protecting against fraudulent claims, we’re reminding everyone of our replacement and refund policy.
Mistakes happen, and when they do, we want to fix them right away! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us the same day. For food quality concerns, we’ll ask that the uneaten portion be returned so our team can verify / correct the issue.
Our team is committed to making every visit a great one. We’ll always do everything we can to make things right when we’ve made a mistake.
