Yes! Earl & Hazel Midlam gave MGUC a permanent 50-foot-wide gas pipeline easement in 1966 (green route), which goes through fields, does not force economic injury on seven new homeowners and does not injure nearly a mile of new road frontage. Installation curca 1971.
