Update... he needs his whole leg amputated up to the shoulder. The infection is in his bone and won't. He's on a strong antibiotic again for a few days and is scheduled. Surgery is Thursday.

Goose is at the vet yet again this morning.... Hopefully we can finally figure out what's going on with his leg. The antibiotics and everything he was given from Ohio State just seems like a temporary Band-Aid because it is back and worse than before.

The trucks are set up yet again this morning and will be up until rain so feel free to stop on out and utilize them if you would like.

Good morning happy Friday...
We put the trucks out a day early because of the threat of rain all day tomorrow. If it is not raining it will be set up for you. Please feel free to stop out today or for sure all day Sunday.
The trucks are complimentary as a huge thank you for all the love and support. However, due to the overwhelming request, we did leave our QR codes for venmo and PayPal in the farm stand if anyone does want to donate for the animals. Absolutely not necessary. The cash box is also up still.
I apologize I was going to make treats but because we did it a day early I did not have time yesterday to bake but hopefully we'll have some snacks available the rest of the weekend.
Please also respect that this is just complimentary trucks this weekend and not tours of the animals or hanging out in the yard. Joe and I may or may not be around depending on work schedules and what time people are coming so we don't want people wandering with the kids at home as well as for the safety of our animals. We are so excited to see everyone on December 5th and to visit with everyone that day with the animals as well.

I do think it needs a fresh coat of paint before we list it for sale. What color besides white, do you think suits this house best. I think blue but to be fair every room in my house has blue in it lol 😆

I fear as though we have run into an immense amount of bad luck....
Photos ending, vets, animals attacking and back to school chaos have me stressed enough but it can always get worse.
This is definitely a month I will never forget. On top of the fact that goose needs to go back to the vet because the infection is back. We also are dealing with a broken dryer for the second time in 2 months. If that wasn't enough for the week, while cleaning up the yard and w**d whacking nowhere near the vehicle, apparently a stone flung up and took out the back window of my car.
Please can it be September yet.
