Diamond S Quarter Horses

Diamond S Quarter Horses We are located on the northern edge of the Kansas Flinthills. Our pastures are full of flint rock and can be pretty steep, but it is great cow country.

We strive to raise and train horses that are good footed, athletic, level headed, with natural cow sense. In 2014 we began raising our own foals and are looking forward to starting and riding the product of our own breeding program!

Funnybblue Rowdytrip's c**t by A Whole Lotta Rojo. I may be biased but I think he's got a lot of cool pieces! Bone, muscle, disposition, pedigree, and homozygous roan by parentage.... That big ole doe eye that Chet puts on his babies gets me every time. This guy is up for discussion but it sure won't hurt my feelings to put him under saddle in a couple years. He reminds me a LOT of his very big maternal brother, Amigo.

Video #7 isn't a baby, but she's a full sister to our youngest baby!! Brie is by Here Comes the Boon out of Tiptoe Fever! We have retained her as a potential replacement for her mama who is unbelievably 20 years old this year! Hoping it might work out to get her shown down the road!

Video #6 is a new outcross for us and boy is he starting to shape up! He's very curious minded too. Daisy puts a lot of size and mass in her foals and crossed on Call Me Mitch..... we think this guy should be a really cool rope/ranch horse/versatility type prospect!!! He is a bay roan and once he sheds out, he's gonna be a looker! He is up for discussion! We only have 3 c**ts looking for homes for 2026!!! 👀 PM for info!

I don't have a lot of cows and there's definitely room for improvement in them, but they all started from 3 heifers I was given by the guys I worked for, fresh out of college. I've done everything possible to hold onto them over the years. I'm glad I did. I sure think they're raising a damn good set of calves. They all calved in 47 days and 100% of the cows I synched to put embryos in, came into heat. Kind proud of them 😁
