Holy smokes everyone!! Thank you SO MUCH for your overwhelming support ! We were down ….and you all lifted us back up! We had our tech show up today and feel like we made some progress on the big pit… we’ll be doing some final touches tomorrow but things are looking great so far 🤠

It was just brought to my attention that we had a real dry brisket today 👎🏻unfortunately in the middle of being busy it was sent out on plates, trays, and such 😡…This would have been sometime between 3 & 4:30-ish. We usually catch, and 86 dry briskets and use them for chili, but today we slipped 😭. BBQ is expensive, the last thing we want is someone to get a bad meal that they looked forward to. Please… please…if you got some dry brisket today we would eagerly make it up to you on your next visit. We appreciate honest feedback and will make it right. So sorry folks

This Friday & Saturday were doing “rib special” on full racks 🤠 Buy more /save more 🥳

1 rack = $30
2-4 racks = $28 ea
5 + racks = $25 ea

Call by Thursday to reserve 😉 last rib special we sold out of 15 racks in 1.5 hrs, reservations are guranteed 😎

I pains me to announce we will be raising prices on all our brisket products (except chili) very soon... Just recently we made a post that we are "holding the line at $30 per #" but its simply not sustainable. expect to see $32 per # and nominal increases on sandwiches ect... This would include Reuben sando's which is brisket that we turn into pastrami. Changes like this take a couple weeks revising menu's, and POS systems so get the "old pricing" while you can........ Sorry folks :(
