Happy Friday, peace love and prosperity y'all!
I spent 40+ hours looking at what foods provide which vitamins and came up with important food groups and simplified it for meals and hope to write a cookbook called Eat your vitamins.There are superfoods like mushrooms and eggs. A large variety of veggies are needed so I mix 2 types of frozen stir fry, fish is important so most weeks I mix cans of tuna, sardines, clams and salmon. 3 days a week I make smoothies from 4-6 fruits and berries. I use Stevia and lean hard on cumin, turmeric, garlic, onion, ginger and a bit of black pepper for spices. My challenge is keeping meals tasty and non repetitive...

I have developed controlled fasting and eating your vitamins since 2019 to combat neurological decline FMS/Dementia/Parkinson and already have a core meal plan.

3 days a week I eat healthy core meals for my vitamins, 48-60 hours I fast by eating less than 600 calories a day and 2 days a week are anything I want days; 3-2-2.

When you fast your body eats the bad cells first and when you break a 48+ hour fast stem cell production increases up to 600%.

I call it controlled fasting because I am the one in control and sometimes I stop fasting because my body tells me to. I have lost like 80 pounds, regained feeling in my back I lost from Shingles, no longer get migraines from sun/light, don't get bit by mosquitos and have improved memory and slowly am improving mental focus.

This year I am adding exercise 1 hour a day 5 days a week with a goal of 2 hours a day.

Rules to live by:
You agree to positive non confrontational, non aggressive, non violent communication. Children need to be under adult supervision at all times in the campground, and be in campsites at dusk. Campers are responsible for everyone at their campsite. Guests must leave at dusk. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Radios/music must go off at this time. Please be courteous of neighbors by keeping noise levels down and confined to your site to ensure that everyone has a good camping experience.

NO littering, fires or fireworks allowed. October – May out door BBQ or propane fire pit OK if you have ability to extinguish a fire. No smoking outside of your campsite. Glass containers/bottles, cigarettes/joints are not permitted outside of your campsite. You agree to dispose/recycle your own waste. Pack out what you pack in. Leave only footprints, take only pictures.

Do not harm the wildlife. Dogs must be leashed (6ft max leash) at all times and cleaned up after immediately and cannot be left unattended in your Campsite. Speed limit throughout the campground is 5mph. Please do not park along any of the roads; they must be kept clear for emergency vehicles.

The Camper will use the Campsite in a manner which is safe, orderly, lawful, sanitary, clean and respectful of the rights of other Campers and of the Campground's property. Initiating violence, Drinking and driving, Heroin/Meth possession/use will result in eviction without refund and will be reported to the sheriff. The Campground is not liable for weather conditions, natural events, damages caused by wrongful conduct or carelessness of others, any injury, damage, or loss/theft. You are responsible for taking precautions for your own safety.
