🌿 I GREW LOOFAH!!! 🌿

Three years of trying, and I finally harvested my first loofahs! 🥹💚

Year one? They were only as big as my pinky before frost got them.

Year two? They grew to the size of my hand, but still weren't ready to harvest.

This year? I had loofahs growing a FOOT LONG! 🎉

After dehydrating, they shrank down to hand size, but I DON'T CARE! 😂 This is a huge win for me and my cold-climate gardening journey.

I'll be using my very first homegrown mini loofah in the bath with pride!

Sometimes success isn't about growing the biggest thing. It's about learning, trying again, and celebrating how far you've come. 🌱

I've been meaning to brag on my husband... I've been asking for a garden expansion for 5 years and it's finally happening! 😃

We're expanding the garden this month to protect some of the berry and fruit plants. And i use the term WE loosely. 🫣😅

My husband and my brother placed the poles a couple weeks ago and the fencing is ready to be added. Grateful & Thankful! 🙌
