How has it already been 1 year?!
Looking back at old pictures I can’t believe how far we’ve come! To my family, friends, customers, fellow small business owners, colleagues, and everyone who has followed along and supported Oly Roots, THANK YOU. Whether you’ve stopped by for an açaí bowl, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on, you’ve helped make this first year possible. We’ve learned so much, met so many amazing people, and created memories we’ll never forget. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Here’s to one amazing year of Oly Roots, and to everything still to come. We still have so much more to learn and do, and we can’t wait to continue growing.

This is your chance to step onto a piece of World Cup history.

Join us on Saturday, June 27, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for Capital Soccer Fields' FREE Community Soccer Day. This is a one-of-a-kind experience for players of all ages and abilities.

The official 1994 FIFA World Cup calcetto courts will be set up, giving the community the rare opportunity to actually play where World Cup history lives. These iconic small-sided courts are a direct connection to the global game’s past — and they’re ready for YOU to take the field.

Bring your friends, bring your family, and come play, pass, shoot, and celebrate the game in an unforgettable setting. We’ll have open play, fun activities, and a welcoming community soccer atmosphere all morning long.

No cost. No pressure. Just soccer, history, and community.

What a week! We were honored to be at the WIAA State Track Championships at Mount Tahoma this past week. This was our biggest event since getting our trailer up and running last August, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us. It was an unforgettable experience and an incredible learning opportunity for our staff.

Over the course of the event, we served 622 açaí bowls, 271 smoothies, and 48 other menu items!

To cap off an amazing week, we were back at OHS for the final football Sunday with South Sound Football.

Thank you to our customers, staff, and community for making weeks like this possible. We’re excited for what’s ahead (hint: it’s a PACKED summer!)

If you’re visiting the Tumwater Craft District you can find our shop at the south end of the building, but at the *north* end is the cutest little açaí bowl food truck (Oly Roots!) with tasty smoothies, pressed juices, and of course açaí bowls. Young lady entrepreneur. Highly recommended!
