Happy Sunday!
I tried our own version of a Root Beer Float, and when I tell y’all it took me straight back to my childhood! 🥹🍨

We paired our new Root Beer Italian Ice with creamy, lactose-free vanilla ice cream, and BABYYYY it tastes just like the classic root beer floats I remember growing up! The flavor, the creaminess, the nostalgia… everything was there! 😭

Now I need y’all’s help, should we officially add the Gimme The Scoop Root Beer Float to the menu?! 👀

There are so many amazing things happening with Gimme The Scoop, but I have to take a moment to celebrate my very first table event for Yelp Omaha! 🥹🍧❤️

I was so stressed preparing for it that I almost gave up but everything came together BEAUTIFULLY! The setup, the love, and the feedback were more than I could have imagined. We even ran out of all 300 scoops and had to get more! 🤯

I couldn’t have done it without my mom, Sheila ❤️, standing beside me and helping me set up; my brother The Sign Dr., who made all of our stickers and Banner; and my right-hand man Bee, who rushed to get more Italian ice when we ran out. I appreciate you all more than you know!

Tomorrow is another huge first Gimme The Scoop’s very first photo shoot and short commercial! 🎥📸

My goal is to have our soft serve machine here and ready for our anniversary party at the end of this month, and we are officially just $1,000 AWAY!
