Yes, true story, that's how we judge a good meal at our house nowadays. Hahaha.We give "Flavor Crisp All Purpose Breading" 4 thumbs up (mom, dad, 8 & 13 year old). So far we've tried it on Cod, Shrimp and Chicken as you can see in the pics. What a great addition to our weekly menu!Our family "Fav", beat two large eggs with a splash or two of half and half in small bowl to create an egg wash. Dip food in wash before coating with Flavor Crisp breading (I recommend a second, medium sized bowl for this). Heat vegetable oil to temp and submerge food for required time, rotating halfway through. Remove and place on plate w/ paper towel. Dinner, done :)"

It's not exactly a fry, but more than a potato wedge. Once sold at gas stations, grocer delis and anywhere you might find fried chicken, the jojo has found new life as chefs who grew up eating it resurrect it...
