Heidel-Brau -

This German Pilsner brings a nice balance of maltiness and sweetness. A solid mouthfeel with strong flavors. Would definitely recommend to people who enjoy German beer styles like Kolsches, Pilsners, and Helles lagers.

If you’re looking for an easy-drinking summer beer, this is for you.

A very clean and smooth American-style lager. If Bud Light is your choice of beer, give this one a try!

Bomb Pop Sour Flight -

I got the chance to stop by Wise I’s taproom on Thursday for their release of the Bomb Pop Sour.

The four consisted of the original Bomb Pop flavor, Berry Blast Bomb Pop, Original flavor gluten-free, and Spicy Cherry.

The OG Bomb Pop sour tasted exactly like I was eating a bomb pop on a hot summer day. Very fruity with really no typical sour flavors. It tasted like kool aid. If you have the chance, stop by Wise I and try this sour.

The King of Boom -

This brand new American lager brings a light feel and corn flavor notes. 🌽 Definitely a nice beer to be drinking on a hot day and perfect for the 4th!

Mountain Standard IPA - Odell Brewing Co

This hazy IPA provided strong fruity flavors brought on by Strata and Cashmere hops. A lot of pineapple and mango.

The brewery’s clean water profile gives this brew clear flavors with not many imperfections.

Despite its triple dry hop, my only suggestion is I wish it was slightly more bitter.

Backswing Wheat -

Stopped by Backswing over the weekend and tried their Wheat Ale.

This brew, as in the name, brought nice wheat flavors. It has a pale straw color with lots of flavor. I would definitely recommend this to any beer drinker.

Local Berries -

I couldn’t get a video but finally got up to Jefferson, SD!

This is a wheat ale with fruity flavors and it gives off a nice red color. It’s surprisingly not as sour as I was expecting, but the berry flavors gave it a nice sweetness.

Zombie Dust Pale Ale - 3 Floyds Brewing

This pale ale included a great amount of hops to give it a nice bitter flavor to match notes of tropical fruits. Citra hops always being nice fruity flavors.

If you’re looking for this brew, it was found at in Sioux City, IA.

Curve Ball - Martin City Brewing Company

A classic hoppy wheat ale. It had all of the elements that typically come with a wheat ale. The bready flavor with a nice mix of hops for bitterness. This is a great beer for people who may not fully be into craft beer.

Winter Break Keg Creek Brewing Company

Another holiday beer!

This holiday brew had strong vanilla flavors with a nice hint of cinnamon. The after taste was weirdly caramely. A great beer to enjoy during the holiday season!
