It’s not easy to get your hands on Dolcita Cryo…in fact it might be one of the more elusive hops of 2026 but we managed to get a carton a few weeks ago and decided to make a new beer to show it off. Bonita is a 5.8% hazy pale ale loaded with Dolcita Cryo and accented with some Citra and Motueka. It’s probably the most floral-forward beer we’ve made. When you pour a glass or crack open a can it’s as if you busted out your new favorite melon perfume. Bonita is also one of the prettiest looking hazies we’ve made so come grab a pour and take some cans home!

Been a busy couple weeks I forgot to post all the new cans! Last weekend we put out more LuJu OJ and a new ipa called Ripe Pineapple - 7.0% hazy with citra and Abstrax SkyFarm pineapple.

This week we have a fresh batch of Wisp along with a new West Coast ipa - Lo-Fi - 6.2% all citra.

These are all available in cans and on tap now!

Double can release day to get you ready for the holiday weekend!

Pink Onion is a new 8.0% west coast ipa jammed packed with all New Zealand hops - Rakau, Nelson, and Riwaka. Lots of classic bite with some not-so-classic hops.

Barrel Aged Leg Day - you may have enjoyed it on tap last week but now we have a limited amount of singe cans available today! 12.0% aged 14 months in Yellowstone Bourbon Barrels.

Any plans today? Come down and help us celebrate our Fourth Anniversary! We have a solid tap list and a cooler full of fun beers to take home. We also put a new barrel aged beer on tap! Barrel Aged Leg Day is a 12% Belgian Quad aged 14 months in Yellowstone bourbon barrels. It’s a boozy caramel delight! Open 12-10pm today and 12-6pm Sunday. Thanks for four great years!!

Another new beer this week and this is a personal favorite of mine. Oregon grown hops have had a special place at Lumen as almost all of our Citra and Mosaic has been sourced from Oregon farms the last few years. Shoestring is a classic 7.5% West Coast ipa packed with Westwood Farms Citra, Coleman Agriculture Mosaic, and Lakeside Ranches Citra Cryo all brought to us from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops

We did it! We brewed the beer that nobody asked for in honor of our 4th anniversary. Quadruple Slice is a sneaky 12.4% hazy ipa loaded with the same hop combo you’ve come to love in our flagship, Slice; Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Citra Cryo. It’s a big beer and quite sneaky but smooth! Available today in cans and on tap.
