🍓📣 Special for Friday, August 28th! 📣🍋

🌻We’re in that funny little stretch of the year where it’s still summer outside, but I’m starting to think about fall food. So this week, we’re splitting the difference with some familiar favorites—fresh and bright enough for the end of summer, but with just a little bit of cozy sneaking in!

This Friday’s menu:

🍗 Spinach Artichoke Chicken — Tender chicken breast, slow cooked and diced before being topped with our house-made spinach artichoke dip, loaded with spinach and artichoke hearts. We top it with mozzarella and bake it until that golden brown cheese is hot and bubbly! And listen—I thought I was the only one, but I’ve had other Bliss patrons agree. This dip is so good you will want to lick the pan. Not naming names, but suffice it to say I’m not alone in this one! 😂

🍓 Strawberry Feta Salad — Fresh spinach with strawberries, feta and candied pecans, served with our homemade strawberry vinaigrette. Sweet, salty, crunchy, tangy… basically everything a salad should be. (Pecans can absolutely be left off for nut allergies!)

🥖 Parmesan Herb Toast Points — Buttered, fresh-baked French bread topped with our special blend of Parmesan and herbs, then broiled until perfectly crisp and ideal for dipping in any remaining Spin Dip…for those who don’t feel like licking the pan! 🤪😉

🍋 Meyer Lemon Bars — One of our most adored! First, we start with our soft, buttery homemade shortbread cookie crust, then layer it with a bright, sweet-tart Meyer lemon filling and finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar. This sweet treat is like biting into a little piece of sunshine! ☀️

🍂As summer starts winding down, we’ll be moving toward some of those cozier, heartier fall meals soon—but this week feels like the perfect little taste of both seasons. It lets me bask in the idea that maybe summer isn’t fully gone just yet, while my mind is already counting the days until our first pumpkin patch trip! 💜

Part Sloppy Joe, part mac & cheese, and with their powers combined, even better than either one on its own!
