🎆Hey there, friends! How in the heck are we nearly a week away from the 4th of July?!?! Can’t even wrap my mind around it being so close! 🤯 But, since it is, it’s time to announce our annual menu of sides and desserts! As always, all items are made FRESH, from scratch!

🇺🇸Sides and desserts will be available to order through Thursday, 7/2 at noon. Free delivery in Omaha Metro on Friday, July 3rd and limited availability for delivery Thursday, July 2nd.

🎇Because this does tend to be a relatively busy time for us, we appreciate as much notice as possible for orders. Pans are a heavy handed fill of a half sized steam pan (roughly equivalent to a 9x13) and will serve a minimum of 10 (though typically, closer to 12).

🤗Hey, everyone! How are we feeling?! This week has been a bit of a whirlwind over here, so I am looking forward to a bit of relaxation on the horizon! Let us help bring relaxation your way by having us handle dinner on Friday! We have a flavor packed, fan favorite heavy feast up this week - sure to please the entire family! Our featured entree is our Bierock (AKA Runza) Casserole! Available plain, with cheese (my personal fave), or with Swiss Mushroom (Nancy’s personal fave), this dish takes the savory, mouth watering ground beef filling and places it between two layers of our butter flake dough. Each bite is a delightfully balanced forkful of light pastry and bold filling. Served alongside this Nebraska staple is our garden salad with our House Made Buttermilk Ranch. Summer heat can’t touch the refreshing crisp of a chilled salad with the zest of ranch! Wrapping things up for this feast are our Firework Bars! Red, White, and Blue M&Ms meet milk chocolate chips and nestle into a soft baked cookie bar that is consistently reported as one of our customer’s favorite desserts! We are happy to leave on the porch or in a garage if you would like. All items can be refrigerated and reheated for 4-6 days and our cooked dishes will store frozen for up to 6 months.

🤗Happy Wednesday, everyone! I hope this week has been good to you and you are looking forward to a weekend of relaxing ahead. Let us help you start the weekend early by handling Friday night’s dinner! We’ve got a family friendly menu that is exploding with divine flavors and a wonderful balance of summer freshness with the comfort you deserve. Our featured entree this week is Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese! Slow cooked pork roast is pulled and swirled into our award winning 4 cheese blend, cozied up to some macaroni, and topped with more pork! SO good! (Chicken breast available in place of pulled pork upon request!) With this type of classic dish, the only bread that could keep up is Honey Cornbread! Keeping things light and fresh this week, our Broccoli mandarin salad features broccoli, mandarin orange slices, golden raisins, and more…it’s well loved and for good reason! Finally, putting the finishing touches on this week’s entree is a summer staple: Peach Upside Down Cake! Gooey and soft, with a caramelized peach glaze over the baked in fresh peaches, this cake is a little slice of heaven in every bite! Don’t miss out on this one! 🥳Happy Wednesday, friends!!! This week is one of my favorites during the year! My BIRTHDAY IS ON SUNDAY!!! YIPPEE!! To celebrate, I offer a menu that may not make a lot of sense from the outside looking in, but the thing the meal has in common? It’s my favorite things of the year! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and join us in celebrating with what I consider to be a top tier curated menu. Our featured entree is still my number 1 favorite meal: Sloppy Bowties! Whether a kid or just a kid at heart, this dish brings familiar flavors of Sloppy Joe and brings it crashing in to the equally adored Mac & Cheese! We make it a bit healthier by adding in some diced tomatoes, but make no mistake: this is hands down mouth watering deliciousness in every bite! Alongside this lip smacked is our Summer Corn Salad (SO addictive!) which features a house vinaigrette that balances tart and sweet to make this fresh, bold, and deceptively healthy. In addition, our bread this week are our Honey Butter Croissants: flaky, buttery, soft, and wonderful. Wrapping things up this week is my take on a favorite: Strawberry Wedding Cake - Birthday Edition! A soft, moist white cake is infused with diced strawberries and a delicate almond flavoring. Once baked, we top it with a slightly sweet whipped cream and sliced strawberries. The light texture and the flavor forward profile add up to create perfection! 🤗Happy Halfway to the weekend, y’all!!! We are almost there! Enjoy the wonderful summer weather this weekend and let us handle dinner! You bring the appetite, we bring the feast! This week’s menu is a family friendly, fan favorite and one we haven’t done in a bit. Let’s get in to it! Our main entree this week is our Loaded Baked Ziti in our House Rosa Sauce: Ground beef swims with tomatoes and loads of flavor through a magical blend of our Tangy Marinara combined with our Creamy Alfredo to create a swirl of heaven in every bite. Topped with oodles of cheese and baked to bubbly, golden goodness, it’s pretty clear to see why this one is so beloved. Introducing the meal is a Caesar Salad and here to make sure no sauce goes to waste are our Garlic Butter Parmesan Breadsticks! YUM! Finally, the sweet treat of this package are our Soft Baked M&M Cookie Bars! We offer these with standard M&Ms, but HIGHLY recommend the Peanut Butter M&Ms if you are a PB fan (just let us know which you prefer when ordering)! They’re ADDICTIVE! So, what are you waiting for? Farfalle (Bowtie) noodles create the base for an explosion of flavor from tender chicken breast, fresh diced tomatoes, crushed garlic, and a perfectly balanced sweet meets tangy Balsamic Glaze.
