It’s a Glizzy… but undercover as a hamburger.

We made this one for all you hot dog lovers who are sick and tired of being called “Glizzy Gobblers” by high schoolers.

Because seriously… there’s nothing worse than getting made fun of by high schoolers. Lol

So come get yourself a dog for lunch and don’t think twice about who’s watching.

We’re going Chicago style with celery seed, tomato, pickle, mustard & onion — all piled onto Da Undacova Glizzy.

And to the guy who called yesterday and ordered “the Glizzy Burger”…

We’ll take that as the official second name for this special.

This last weekend we had the opportunity to vend Maha Festival.

While there, we were set up next to 221 Grill who were serving a Smoked Sloppy Joe! I took one bite of this thing and just looked at him and asked "what is this?!" Because it was like no sloppy Joe I've ever had. Was a BBQ sandwich or a sloppy Joe? I couldn't tell.

I'm calling it the Sloppy Terry after the chef that came up with this beautiful masterpiece. Idk who Joe is but he needs to step it up!

I present to you "The 221 Grill Sloppy Terry" they were nice enough to smoke up some of this beautiful meat, so we can share these flavors with all of you!

It's like a sloppy Joe but better.

Dead Uncle Greg’s Grilled Cheese Burger - not my uncle but someone’s uncles had a fire grilled cheese recipe with this blueberry, Pinot jam. So we had to put it on a burger!

Two Slydes topped with good cheese on good bread, with a Blueberry, Pinot Grigio jam; Grilled Onion, Bacon.

Today’s quick Hyde’s Slydes public service announcement:

All of our wraps are rapper-themed and inspired by some of their favorite foods.

So yes… The PAC is pronounced like Tupac.

Not “the pack.”
Not “Pac-Man.”
Not “that buffalo chicken wrap thing.”

Although honestly, if you’ve been ordering it like Pac-Man this whole time… we respect the confidence. 😂

The PAC is our tribute to Tupac’s love for buffalo chicken wings: buffalo chicken, cheese, and ranch wrapped up the Hyde’s way.

After the Biggie story connected with so many people, we figured it was time to officially clear the air:
