Thank you so much to everyone who came out and celebrated with us yesterday as we turned 45. We are honored and humbled to be a little part of this amazing community and your support of our small family owned business means more than we could ever explain in one simple Facebook post. 

Due to some scheduling conflicts, travel and rumors of a few big bottles being released this week (Parker’s OFBB, etc) that we would like to include in our raffle we made the decision to hold off on drawing raffle tickets until Monday, October 19. That also means that if you would like to still enter the raffle if you have not done so already or if you need to stock your bar or grab a S&T single barrel pick, you now have another week to do so!

A project 3 years in the making is now ready to make its way into your glass! Our friends at Kros Strain Brewing used our Eagle Rare and Buffalo Trace barrels to barrel age this rich and decadent imperial stout for over 36 months and canned it just in time for our 45th anniversary!

As S&T gets ready to turn 45 on Sunday we thought it’s time to start planning for our 50th! Lonely Oak Distillery was our very first barrel pick over six years ago so we couldn’t think of a better distillery to work with for our 50th than Pat and his family. Yesterday Pat and Amy were gracious enough with their time to allow our S&T family the chance to come out and distill and barrel a very special bourbon that will be resting until our 50th anniversary in 2031.  Our sincerest thanks and appreciation goes out to Lonely Oak for making this project happen.

These highly anticipated single barrels have finally arrived and are ready to find their way to your glass on Tuesday 10/6 at 11am! So what are they you ask?

Obtainium Double Oaked "Gem of Omaha". Back in 2017 a handful of barrels were purchased from HH and brought to Bardstown Bourbon Co where they were double oaked and left to age for 9 more years in Bardstown. We gave this barrel the name "Gem of Omaha" to pay homage to the man who originally purchased this liquid from HH and has a bottle under his brand called "Gem of Kentucky" 10yr 8 month 129 Proof Double Oaked HH juice ready to take your palate on a roller coaster of flavor. 160 Bottles available.

Obtainium " King of the Hill". This barrel is 9yr HH mashbill distilled and aged at Bardstown Bourbon Co. This barrel received its name because we felt it is one of the best HH barrels we have ever tried - The King of the Hill. Imagine your favorite ECBP...now try this and see if you agree? 9yr 124.4 HH mashbill is a bottle you will savor and remember. This barrel only had a 70 bottle yield and we anticipate it selling fast.
