My stance on NAR settlement: If a buyer wants representation, they will pay for it just like they do their Attorney. I have worked for less than I should more than once, but there's always an opportunity to make it up on another deal, that's the beauty of Real Estate. Greed and ego are the death of any deal, no matter which side you're on. My Father taught me that my job is to make sure that ALL of our Clients/Customers are treated fairly, honestly, and with respect. What I make on the deal is secondary.
