This bake might be my favorite creation yet.
✨ Almond Croissant Focaccia ✨

When the line between bread and pastry blurs in the best possible way.
Homemade almond paste folded into focaccia dough, more piped on top, deep buttery dimples, cinnamon sugar, sea salt, and toasted almonds. It baked until golden and fragrant, then got brushed with almond syrup while still warm so the crust stayed crisp but the inside stayed tender and airy.

A cozy, fragrant bake that feels like something between a pastry and a hug.

Would you try a slice of this, or should I make a chocolate almond version next time? 😋

✨️I think when you add chocolate chips to blondes and bake them in a round cake pan, that they actually are bakery style supersized chocolate chip cookies!🥰✨️
