Maple Street Bakery Bakery Maple Street Bakery is the home to delicious breads and pastries created by the large and in charge hands of Pedro Guevara.

He creates baguettes, ciabatta, boules and specialty breads filled with roasted garlic and onions, jalapenos and cheddar cheese, whole wheat honey loaves bursting with dried fruit. Depending on his mood, the morning pastries could be cinnamon brioche rolls or blueberry muffins all warm and moist. Whatever he pulls out of the oven is sure to put a smile on your worst morning face.
