Although Big Slick BBQ does not compete as often as they would like, they have awards for wins in Best Pork Rib, Best Overall BBQ, BBQ Baked Beans, and Smoked Chicken Mexican White Chili. kers on a mobile kitchen and a trio of Big Green Eggs utilizing lump charcoal. The brothers have organized Corporate Team building events teaching groups the art of Slow Smoked BBQ, Reverse Searing steaks, and much more and have catered private events for friends and family.
