Omaha, Cinco de Mayo weekend is HERE. 🇲🇽🎉
For years, Maria Bonita has been proud to be part of one of Nebraska's most iconic cultural celebrations — and this year is no different. We're honored to be serving alongside our comunidad at Cinco de Mayo Omaha, May 15–17 in historic South Omaha.

If you've never been, this is the one. Nebraska's #1 cultural attraction, a full weekend of live music, food, culture, familia, and tradition. Free to attend. All are welcome.

In Mexico, Mother’s Day on May 10th is one of the most sacred celebrations of the year — a day where families come together to honor the women who gave everything so we could have something.

For us, that day has always meant something extra special.

Maria Bonita was built on a dream that started with family and at the heart of that family is Miriam, our founder, our backbone, and the reason this story is still being told.

When we lost Miguel in 2019, it was Miriam who kept going. Who kept the food coming, the spirit alive, and the doors open — in one form or another — for years.

Hoy la honramos a ella. And we honor every mama out there who has sacrificed, shown up, and loved without limits. 💛
