Looks like there are no chances of frost in the near future and these plants need to go in the ground!

I will have a ✨ smaller ✨ version of the hutch out this weekend with some plants and some sourdough muffins!

I may have gotten a little carried away with the seed trays... my house is officially a jungle.

So, the big news: I’ll have plant starts for sale as soon as it warms up and they're safe to be planted! 🪴
I've got several varieties of peppers and tomatoes.

I’m also hoping to get the oven back on for some treats around May, but I’m not making any pinky promises on a date just yet. I'm just following the rhythm of the kids and the seasons for now!

Lu's Nook has been in hibernation mode this winter, but now that it's warming up, it's time for me to start preparing to open the nook!

I had to make the delicious blueberry lemon sourdough. With this nice weather and spring around the corner I immediately think blueberry lemon.

And then I also had to tap into my fun/creative side. I... attempted to make a sourdough resemble and easter egg...
Was it a total disaster? No. Was it exactly what I envisioned? Also no. But it's giving 'abstract art meets artisan bread' and honestly? I'm kind of proud of it!

My kids loved seeing the colors and enjoyed the taste!

It's absolutely freezing, my favorite color is pink, Valentine’s Day is almost here, and I wanted something warm and sweet… so this felt like the only logical outcome 💕

Strawberry cinnamon rolls with pink frosting, a few flowers for fun, and happy taste testing kids.
Also... it’s PINK and strawberry 😍

The recipe needs some tweaks but this was a great test run 😋

**Yes the flowers are edible**

We're setting up the lu-ville sweet stop early today! Just because it's snowing doesn't mean we shouldn't have treats!
Come stop by 210th and Emmet and grab one, if the snow gets too bad or if the treats are gone I'll end up bringing it in.
