We have decided not to renew NPIP certification. Given the developments this year, we will no longer be offering eggs or birds next year. My initial motivation for showing birds stemmed from a personal interest and a desire to engage my grandchildren; however, their relocation has significantly altered our circumstances. While part of me wishes to continue this endeavor, the challenges associated with travel and finding reliable assistance when needed have become overwhelming. I am still contemplating the future of this activity, as it has been weighing heavily on my mind.
Also life changes!!

I will be here Saturday with 3d printed items and I was granted permission to bring chicks and pullets for Mother’s Day zombie hatch happening anytime now and I have pullets of Black copper Marans maybe some Legbar pullets as well come find me

Good evening I have a lot of interest in chicken! Don’t wait to get in on the deal first round is sold out!!!
Cornish cross $3.50 a lb I ask about $7 a bird for a down payment to lock the $3.50 a lb in after butcher not prepaid its $4 a lb average bird 4-5lbs
Down payment used towards final price when picked up!!
American Bresse take 16-18 weeks this is a more traditional chicken 🐔 I purchase eggs and hatch these on the farm pre-purchase is $5 a lb average 3-4 lbs I will take a $10 down payment per bird
All birds are raised in the best possible conditions with as much grass and grain they can eat! We except Venmo, Cash App, and cash

To lock in reach out we take your name ask for a down payment then there is an order ticket created when we butcher we will reach out for you to pickup birds!!!

First round of Cornish is sold out with birds prepaid! Second round will be grown from June-August!
We will still take prepaid orders for that I’m asking a 40% down for a commitment to lock in $3.50 a lb
Bresse will be grown end of may to August September $5 a lb

Who would be interested in pre-purchasing locally grown fresh chicken? I can give two options option one is Cornish Cross, which is your typical what you find in the grocery store every day or I can do American. Bresse which takes twice as long it will cost five dollars a pound Cornish would be $3.50 per pound pre-purchased
All birds would be raised at the farm here just outside of Omro and butchered here on the farm, we use chicken tractors to raise our birds. I only want to do small batches at a time and only pre-order my first batch. I will be getting eggs here soon of the American Bresse and I will be reaching out to see when I can get Cornish Cross. I’m only doing 20 chickens at a time.
