Flashback time! 2004 with my lovely 15.3 hand tri-color leopard Appaloosa gelding “Ranger”
When i first brought him home he already had issues with his left eye (supposedly caused from trauma- yeah- they lied through their teeth) within a year despite agressive treatment he would lose most of the vision in his right eye as well to ERU (Equine Recurrent Uevitis) but in that year we had many adventures & made many memories.
In the end i retired him to an excellent home with a veterinarian as i was headed off to equestrian college.
