Throwback Thursday time
I love the rich earthy woods here in the wilds of Washington State. The kids had a great time running amuck on hike near the Chehalis River a few years back.

Let’s talk frizzles: What’s the general consensus on frizzled birds? I can’t seem to keep up with demand with only 2 pens that produce frizzles- but i’m unsure if i want to expand the project… This 8 week old pullet is the result of crossing a Gold laced polish frizzle rooster with a black partridge turken hen. I think she’s fabulous 💜💜💜
She needs a name as fabulous as she is!!!

Our neighbor shared some beautiful vegetable bounty with us - so i made stir fry!

I would love to see everyone elses garden hauls and a resulting meal/dish 🙂
