Good afternoon all,
We hope you are enjoying this hot summer.
We wanted to communicate a hard decision we felt compelled to make. We will not be opening the u-pick blueberry patch this season.
The decision came about for a number of reasons. We tried to keep up with our goals based on the feedback you provided but unfortunately our family, community, and careers did not allow us enough time to complete them.
We are currently working hard to create a safer, more assessable, and a more aesthetically pleasing patch for our valued patrons.
We have currently taken measures to increase safety by installing cameras and constantly monitoring them. We have worked hard to make our rows more accessible (we know we need to mow however not mowing as often we felt was a natural deterrent for people not to enter the property) last we are in the works to create a process to be on- site more often.
We thank you for your understanding as we will not be opening The Oneida Blueberry Parch on Williams st. for u- pick this 2025 season. We will continue to keep the property “Posted” for your safety.
We will, however, work to fill orders by request through instant messaging if you would like. Please reach out.
